New Hampshire:
On June 14, 2011 NH HB 322 was enacted in New Hampshire, which increases the fee to $20 that a park owner may charge per adult per month
where the number of adults residing in manufactured housing exceeds the limit established by park rules.
Also on June 14, 2011 NH SB 116 was passed, amending an existing statute to allow an installer licensed by the board to attach a warranty seal
to a manufactured home.
On June 29, 2011 NH HB 2 was enacted, which adds manufactured home installers and the board of manufactured housing to the joint board of
licensure and certification.
Finally, October 12, 2011 NH SB 91 was passed, prohibiting a municipality or local land use board from enforcing any existing ordinance,
regulation, code, or administrative practice requiring the installation or use of automatic fire suppression sprinklers in any manufactured housing
unit situated in a manufactured housing park.
